Our app employs advanced speech-to-text and cloud translation technology to instantly convert spoken content into over 120 languages. Congregants can easily view these translations on their mobile phones in their preferred language, making services more inclusive and accessible.

Payment Terms

Under our Pay-as-You-Go payment model, you are billed based on the actual usage of our translation services. This means you only pay for the characters you translate into the selected languages and the amount of time you use speech to text.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our Pay-as-You-Go model and the immediate delivery of translation services, we do not offer refunds for any payments made. Once a transaction is processed, it is considered final.

Issues and Disputes

If you encounter any issues with the service or believe there has been an error in billing, please contact our support team within 14 days of the incident. We are committed to resolving any concerns promptly and will investigate all claims thoroughly. While we do not offer refunds, we are dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction and will work with you to address any problems.
